A rapidly expanding national courier company is seeking an independent contractor for a local delivery jobs.
Details:
- Main Schedule is Monday through Sunday 8:00am-11:30am. The customer sometimes does not need shipments collected on Saturday or Sunday. But contractor courier must be available those days in case it’s needed.
- The exact schedule may vary slightly based on client needs, and is subject to change. Applicants with flexible schedules will be prioritized
- The job will entail picking up and delivering lab samples and from Plymouth, WA to Warden, WA, to Othello, WA to Pasco, WA
Additional routes, jobs and opportunities may become available for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to fully commit to the schedule and be flexible if more working hours are needed
- TWIC Card or STA number is required. We may assist with this for the right candidate.
- Reliable and fuel vehicle, valid driver’s license and smart phone are required
- Must be able to pass FBI Background Check
- Candidate must be able to navigate and work quickly
- Experience doing courier or delivery work is a big plus
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to always answer the phone
- Great attention to detail is required
- Good attitude and reliability is required
- Professional appearance and demeanor is required
- Candidate must have the desire to grow with a rapidly expanding courier company
- Candidate must be able to begin working immediately
